The Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for delivering a high-quality legal service to clients across all areas of Private Client work. The role includes advising on and managing matters such as wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney, tax and succession planning, and Court of Protection applications. The post holder will be expected to work in compliance with professional and regulatory requirements, contribute to the growth and development of the department and wider firm, participate in business development activities.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• A qualified Solicitor with solid Private Client experience (STEP qualification desirable but not essential).
• Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in building strong client relationships with a sensitive and professional approach.
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
• Comfortable using case management systems and IT tools.
