Legal Assistant

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent client service. You will be a strong team player, able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.

Essential skills include:

Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Desirable:

Experience working in a legal environment, particularly within private client
Familiarity with wills, probate, or estate administration processes
Experience using LEAP case management software

Personal Qualities

Professional, approachable, and empathetic manner, particularly when supporting vulnerable clients.
High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A willingness to learn and grow within a busy, supportive team.
