October Business Club

We are delighted to be hosting our October Business Club at Gara Rock Hotel.  Located on the cliff top overlooking the sea in East Portlemouth, Gara Rock restaurant is the perfect place for a spot of autumnal networking.  We are very lucky that the team at Gara Rock have offered us a special discounted menu for the evening, which includes a welcome drink upon arrival.  £25.00 for members/£35.00 for non-members.

SNACKS

Slow roasted crown prince squash arancini, pecorino, ailoi (v)

Multiseed cracker, charcoal, whipped red pepper hummus (vg) (gf)

MAIN

Braised smoked beef short rib pie with Roscoff beer onion, pickled mustard seeds, cavolo nero, Cornish clotted cream mash

Ravioli pasta – Westcombe ricotta, delica squash, sage, truffle, Grana Padano, guajillo (v)

TO FINISH

Lemon “cheese” cake with raspberry, Gara short bread

Death by chocolate – Valrhona 64% dark chocolate mousse, chocolate fondant, chocolate ice cream
